This is yet another beauty in The Haliburton Highlands on beautiful Twelve Mile Lake which is within 15 minutes of the Village of Minden where there are service stations, large food stores, quaint shops, restaurants, LCBO, beer store and health care if needed at the local Minden Hospital. This cottage property is well treed and on a slight incline to the lake with 21 stone steps to the water front. There is a child safe deck with table, chairs and a quality propane barbecue for the family Chef. At the shoreline there is an extensive dock with chairs for your lounging pleasure. In addition there is a fire pit for those evening marshmallow roasts. The cottage comes with a paddle boat and 2 kayaks for your on water pleasure. Twelve Mile Lake is part of a three lake chain with Little Boshkung Lake and Boshkung Lake. There is much to see and do in this area. If golf is your exercise, there are several fine courses in the Highlands. If fishing is your passion, there are small mouth bass, lake trout and whitefish in the shimmering waters of 12 Mile Lake and there is a marina on this lake for all your boating needs.
