Every once in the while a cottage comes along which is different and interesting in it's layout and exciting to consider as a vacation cottage. Bald Lake Narrows 1 is just such a cottage which we are sure you and your family will enjoy. For those of you who are not familiar with the Bald Lakes area, this lake and narrows is most popular due to the easy water access to Big and Little Bald Lakes as well as Pigeon Lake. Hwy. 36 which is the main corridor from Peterborough to Bobcaygeon through the Kawartha Lakes region makes your trip to this cottage a very pleasant experience. In addition these lakes are serviced by a marina relatively close by if you wish to rent a motor boat and the cottage is only 15 minutes from the Village of Bobcaygeon and Buckhorn. The cottage property is very attractive as you can see from the pictures above outstanding with all the popular exterior amenities such as a nicely furnished deck with a serious propane barbecue for the Family Chef, lots of chairs, a super view, a shore deck, fire pit and dock. Best swimming is off the dock into deeper water. The cottage comes with 4 kayaks and a paddle boat for your on water pleasure and a swim raft for that perfect tan. There is much to see and do in this area. If golf is your exercise, there are several fine courses in the Kawarthas. If fishing is your passion, there are smallmouth bass, sunfish, pumpkinseed, muskie, rock bass, bream, bluegill, pan fish, walleye and largemouth bass in the shimmering waters of Little and Big Bald Lake which is an easy paddle from your cottage.
