The country eat-in kitchen has everything you will need including
a fridge, 2 burner hot plate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and crockpit. The kitchen dining area can accommodate four in comfort. |

There are two bedrooms
in the
cottage which sleeps four in a double size bed and a super size set of single bunks which will need double size sheets. |

Outside

As nice as this cottage is on the inside, it is the outside which sets this cottage property apart from so many others. The property is located on a small intimate lake which is quiet and only quiet until someone catches a bass or walleye and then everyone cheers. The property is rather hilly in areas and relatively flat in others with a large grassed in area which is where you will find a badminton net and a horseshoe pit.
As you
exit the cottage there is a good size deck with deck furniture and a propane BBQ with a side burner. It's an easy walk to the shore and your lake area. There is a gradual entry,
natural shoreline
with soft bottom or you can
swim
off
the dock where you will also find
your own row boat with oars,
a paddleboat and 2 kayaks. The dock is a deep water dock
and swimming is good off the dock which has a ladder for easy entrance and exit from the water. If you are in need of supplies, this cottage
is within a 12 minute drive of Kinmount the nearest village. This area is
The Kawarthas at it's finest. The nearest major village
is Fenlon Falls which is about an additional 20 minute drive away. And by all means, don't forget your
fishing gear and golf clubs because there are many opportunities to test your skill in the lakes in this area and at the numerous courses in the area. So don't procrastinate, head for the phone and call WRD to reserve
