You can also hop a kayak or canoe and enjoy the Hollow River which opens up to the beautiful Lake of Bays! Lake of Bays is the jewel of the Muskokas with a wide variety of sights and
activities all around the lake and communities ... you are in the middle of it all! The lovely town of Dorset is a short 5 min drive from the cottage where you will find gift shops, grocery stores, marina, liquor store, beaches, restaurants and a museum. The towns of Huntsville and Minden are a 30 minute drive and this is where you will find Hospitals and vets if medical attention is needed for you or your pets. Algonquin Provincial Park, Ontario's oldest and largest park, is also 30 minutes away with its pristine wilderness and adventure.
