Close to the Village of Minden, this cottage will surely please the renter who wants
that feeling of seclusion but who wants the convenience of being close to village amenities. There is a generous deck looking out over the lake with a propane BBQ
for the outdoor Chef-du-Jour, and the property has a large yard for outdoor
recreation such as volleyball, badminton and Bocci. There's even a fire pit for
evening s'mores or ghost stories. The owner has provided a paddle boat, 2 kayaks
and a paddle board for lake exploring. There is plenty to do closer to shore
where there is a small beach with gradual entry and sandy bottom for the kiddies.
There is a substantial larger dock for relaxing, swimming and working on that
perfect tan. All this cottage is missing, is you!

This cottage is on a very slight inclined property which is virtually flat
from cottage to lake.

Best swimming is off the dock and don't forget your fishing gear because there are
bass and trout in the shimmering waters of Little Bob Lake.

The cottage next door is a good distance away which enhances the sense
of woodland seclusion and adds to the plentiful surrounding woodland feel.

This cottage is about 15 minutes from Minden Village where there are
large food stores, quaint shops, restaurants, pharmacies, live entertainment,
LCBO, beer store and health care if needed at the local hospital
and there is even an animal hospital if fido or fieffy get into something
they should have left alone.

If golf is your passion, there are good courses throughout the Highlands
and in particular there is the Beaverbrook Golf Course in Minden.
