This cottage will surely please the renter who wants
that feeling of seclusion but who wants the convenience of being close to village
amenities. There is a generous deck looking out over the lake with a propane BBQ
for the outdoor Chef-du-Jour, and the property has a large yard for outdoor
recreation such as Bocci Ball and ring toss. There's even a fire pit for evening s'mores or ghost stories. The owner has provided non motorized watercraft for lake exploring. There is a substantial larger dock for relaxing. All this cottage is missing, is you! This cottage is on a slight inclined property and don't forget your fishing gear because there are bass and trout in the shimmering waters of Little Bob Lake. The cottage next door is a good distance away which enhances the sense of woodland seclusion and adds to the plentiful surrounding woodland feel. This cottage is about 10 minutes from Minden Village where there are large food stores, quaint shops, restaurants, pharmacies, live entertainment, LCBO, beer store and health care if needed at the local hospital and there is even an animal hospital if fido gets into something he or she should have left alone. If golf is your passion, there are good courses throughout the Highlands and in particular there is the Beaverbrook Golf Course in Minden.
