Outside is most interesting considering that this cottage is situated on Little Cameron Lake which is one of the many smaller lakes in The Highlands. When you look out from shore you can understand why the Haliburton Highlands is called "Nature's Natural Work Of Art". The lake is only 10 minutes from West Guilford Village and about 15 minutes from Haliburton Village which makes it most appropriate for mature students attending the Haliburton School of Art. There is also a small dock with seating on the dock as well as a ladder for easy entrance and exit from your swim.
The dock area is where you will find your canoe for your on water enjoyment. Don't forget your fishing gear as Little Cameron Lake is home to some good size bass. Supplies are readily available in Haliburton Village where there are large food stores, quaint shops, restaurants, health care, pharmacies, hospital, service stations, golf, live theatre and special events are always ongoing. There is even a vet if your doggie needs medical attention.
