The spacious living room has a sofa and 2 chairs, a flat screen television with a VCR and DVD and there is a and a stone wood burning fireplace. In addition there are full width windows facing the lake. |

The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and the ever popular dishwasher. Just off the kitchen there is a dining area with a table to seat 4 people and there is a much larger dining area with another table to seat 8 people. |

| The cottage has 5 bedrooms including a master with double bed and there are 3 more bedrooms also with double beds and a 5th bedroom has 2 single beds. In addition there are 2 bathrooms, one is a 4 piece and the other is a 2 piece bathroom for your convenience. |

| In the lower level there is a nicely furnished and equipped rec room with a sofa, a chair, a second (beer) fridge, a television with DVD, video games, video library, foosball and a dart board. |

Outside

This cottage is just as nice outside as it is on the inside. There is a decent size deck which overlooks this 1 acre property. The child safe deck is furnished with a table, 8 lounges, 2 additional chairs and a propane barbeque for the family chef. There is a walkout as well from the rec room area onto this relatively flat cottage property which is ideal for seniors if they are able to navigate about 10 steps down to the dock and beach area, and there is a nice flat area to play those popular lawn games including bocci ball and there is a horseshoe pit. On your way to the shore there will be a fire pit area for those popular evening marshmallow roasts. At the shore there is a nice gradual entry with a sandy bottom for the young ones and there is a good size furnished shore deck and dock with ladder where you will find your paddle board, paddleboat, canoe and kayak. In addition there is a swim raft with slide moored off shore. If you are are in need of supplies, you are only 15 minutes from the Village of Haliburton where there are large food stores, service stations, pharmacies, banking, quaint shops, restaurants, live entertainment and health care at the local hospital. Stormy is a good bass and trout lake so don't forget your fishing gear. If golf is your passion, there are several fine courses in the Haliburton Highlands.
