Westwind Cottage

Welcome to Tory's Landing !!!


Another Chandler Point Corporation Time Share Property.


These Tory's Landing units are nothing but class and on a superb property.
There are 2 models to choose from and the one pictured above is the Westwind.
The spacious living rooms include a sofa, 2 chairs, ottomans, propane stone fireplaces,
TV, DVD with satellite dish for your viewing and listening pleasure.


The kitchen comes complete with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher
and in the separate laundry room you will find a full size washer and dryer. All pots, pans,
cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery is supplied.



This cottage has 3 bedrooms which can sleep 8 people in 2 queen size and 2 sets of single bunks.
Unlike our other rental units, linens are supplied and the only request is that all
towels are laundered before your departure. In addition there
are two full size 4 piece bathrooms for your convenience.

Outside

As a planned community of 18 cottages there is much to do on the property and surrounding area.
As you exit the cottage proper, there is a good size furnished screened in sunroom for your
lounging pleasure. The sun room leads to a wrap around porch with table and muskoka
chairs facing the lake. In addition there is a propane barbeque for the Chef de
Summer Breezes. There is a common dock where boats are available
and a beach for your use, as well as tennis courts and walking trails
which meander through the cottage community. The property is restricted to
owners and renters only. Boating and fishing is great as Sparrow Lake is part
of the Trent Water System. There is a good golf course near Sparrow Lake and the nearest
major town is Orillia and Casino Rama is nearby where entertainment awaits. So needless to say,
you will not be looking for things to do during your stay at beautiful Tory's Landing.









This extensive holiday package rents for only 

$ 2000 per week

Some units allow pets and others are pet free so call for details.
