Outside the cottage there is a fire pit, front deck, rear deck with a BBQ and across the road, there
is an ample shoreline with an extensive dock. The shoreline has a nice child safe gradual entry
and sandy bottom for your swimming pleasure. There is an extensive dock where you will find your
row boat, canoe, kayaks and paddle boat. There is a ladder off the dock for ease of entry and exit
as well as a floating Lily Pad for the sun worshipers in the family. Elsewhere on the property there
is a place for Bocci, Badminton and Ladder Toss for the kids pleasure. Grace River is between
Dark Lake and Grace Lake which are decent sized lakes, about 3 kilometers long with trout and
bass for your fishing pleasure, so don't forget your fishing gear! This cottage is also conveniently located only 5 minutes from supplies in the Village of Wilberforce where there is a food store, restaurant, convenience store, LCBO and service station. If you are looking for more substantial shopping, the Village of Haliburton is only a half hour drive where there are quaint shops, restaurants, pharmacies, large food stores, live entertainment as well as health care at the Haliburton Hospital if needed.
