Paudash Lake continues to attract visitors and new cottage owners alike and this is because it is a very pretty lake and a great place to own a cottage or to be during your summer vacation. As you exit the upper level of the cottage there is a large full width deck with a table and chairs. Off the lower level of the cottage there is a walkout from the rec room to a full width sun room and an outside patio with a picnic table and a couple of lounge chairs There is a barbecue area with propane bar be que for the Head Chef of the family and a picnic table for diners. Just behind the cottage there is a basketball hoop at the driveway when the spirit moves you or the kids. Exiting from the lower floor, lake access is just few solid stone steps to the lake front. Here, you find a generous shore deck where you can watch the lake activity with more lounge chairs. There is also a dock where you will find your canoe, row boat and 2 kayaks for your on-water pleasure. If you plan to bring your own boat, there is a marina nearby on the lake from the cottage for all your boating needs. If you need supplies, there is a dandy country store in Cardiff Village which is a matter of minutes from your cottage. More substantial shopping can be had in Bancroft which is a 15-20 minute drive where there are quaint shops, large food stores, service stations, a Tim Hortons, pharmacy, and health care if needed at the local Hospital. So jump on the band wagon and head for Paudash Lake but before you do, call WRD to reserve this new listing.
